Terms of Service
By placing an order with Scot Dribble, you confirm that the information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.
This includes:
- full name
- delivery address
- email address
- telephone number
- selected size
- selected product
- any personalisation details
Customers are responsible for checking their information before completing their order.
Order acceptance
After an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation.
An order may be cancelled or refunded where we are unable to fulfil it, including situations involving product availability or an obvious pricing or listing error.
If this occurs, we will contact the customer where appropriate.
Product information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product photographs, descriptions, sizes and other information are accurate.
Because products may be photographed under different lighting conditions and screens can display colours differently, minor variations in colour or appearance may occur.
Sizing
Customers should consult the size information provided on the product page before ordering.
For retro/vintage-style shirts, we recommend choosing one size up if you prefer a more relaxed fit, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
This is a sizing recommendation and does not remove any statutory consumer rights.
