If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our support team within 100 days of receiving your order and we will help you with the next steps.
Change of mind
For eligible online orders, you may request to cancel your purchase within the applicable legal cancellation period. Items should be returned in an appropriate condition and customers may be responsible for return postage where permitted by law.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives:
- damaged
- defective
- incorrect
- significantly different from the product advertised
please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the item.
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, repair, refund or another appropriate solution.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.
Returns conditions
Returned items should be:
- unworn
- unwashed
- free from damage caused by the customer
- returned with original tags where reasonably possible
